My mission is to inspire Quality Management professionals

I have always had an urge for freedom.
The urge to want to be different from the others.
The urge to keep off the beaten track in life.
For 2 years, I lived in Cincinnati, Ohio (USA) where I went to elementary school and enjoyed 3 months of summer vacation each time.
During that summer vacation, my parents and brothers drove across the US for 3 weeks.
We covered 12000 kilometers by car and went exploring.
We visited places where many Americans had never been before.
“Travel to learn” was our motto.
I got addicted to these constantly changing landscapes and intellectual stimuli.
Variety spices up life!
Until today, this is reflected in my way of living.
In my spare time I traveled to Kyrgyzstan, Alaska, Iceland, Thailand, South Africa, Nepal, Antarctica, Argentina… because I always wanted to explore and be amazed.
In addition to this worldly journey of discovery, I also learned to explore my personal life and way of thinking.
I learned to make the invisible visible, to make the intangible tangible, to make clear what was still vague.
For internal quality auditing the same logic applies; making the invisible visible to gain more insight into why certain processes function less well and to discover what needs to be improved.
Based on this life and professional experience, I want to help quality management professionals to go on an expedition in their service organization.
I inspire quality professionals to change their way of thinking about quality management by looking from a customers’ perspective to the way the work works in order to achieve improvements beyond imagination in the quality level of service delivery so the customer satisfaction and revenue increases.
I find this journey of discovery as fascinating as all my journeys I have made so far, both the outer and the inner journey.
